Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the show?
The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Kavli Theatre will require full vaccination of all patrons OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to the performance.
A photo of your vaccination card and a photo ID will be acceptable for entry.
Patrons may request a refund on tickets purchased prior to the guidance changes. To maintain a strong guest experience for all patrons, our box office will be processing each refund as it is requested.
If the show is canceled will I get a refund?
All tickets purchased can be refunded should the show not move forward. You would need to contact the box office to issue your refund.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are required for all attendees whilst in the theatre.
Are these health and safety protocols likely to change?
Venue management reserves the right to make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and law.
What happens if I do not agree with the health and safety protocols?
Any ticket holder who refuses to comply with stated health and safety protocols may be required to leave the theatre, and their ticket will not be refunded.
Do I need to exchange my original tickets for new ones?
No. Your original tickets remain valid for the show day and time you were booked on. For example, first Saturday matinee or opening night etc.
